I love these, have this one and several that have double stick on one side. And never once used it for a phone. I have one holding a broom, a metal ashtray.. used it to hold scissors , screwdriver ive even used one to hold my fully loaded glock. They work for just about anything thats metal. This one is very heavy and heavy duty, holds a lot of weight and stays were you put it. Great product

Magnets are firm enough. Actually in the gym the phone comes off the magnet before the magnet comes of the metal machines in the gym. Ok, just have to remember or you will leave it with little chance of getting it back. Swivel is good. I will buy again after I lose these to. Plus is that it connects to my locker lock.

its a very strong magnet. It would be great if you could just use it with a mag case but you have to mount a metal disk to use it. Its small so I get that but It would be nice if it worked with a mag case I don't like having to stick a metal piece to my phone or case. The description is accurate and says you have to do it but I did not realize it, so that is my own fault. Its a great magnet and great idea that needs a better way to work.

Phone slid off of it, now my screen is cracked, not even the protector, the screen. So mad. Tried it with case- zero hold, without case, holds but slides. You can’t put the 3m magnets it comes with on the battery part of the case, but case won’t fit with it on the actual phone part….

Works get in my offroad truck.
