good and pretty
It was easy to assemble, but it was not my first time assembling a tricycle. Its manual is not useful; just use the video they have here. It is pretty and looks sturdy. One screw was missing.

Must be Assembled.
It is a lot to put together. However doable.

Pretty bike but very heavy!
I gave this product three stars because the bike seat and basket came damaged and because the bike was very difficult to assemble (per the two people who assembled the bike) . Customer service is excellent! I am trying to stretch the basket back into shape and trying to ignore the damage on the seat. Customer service offered to make good on the damage but I dropped the ball. I did not ride the bike yet but it sure looks pretty all assembled and I am looking forward to taking it for a ride very soon.

Back brakes don’t work at all if you are in the lowest gear the chain comes off it works but not very safe I had no missing parts thankfully but it was hard to put together the manual and video was not very helpful the color is pretty the quality I don’t recommend and not good value for money don’t get this bike

Missing parts
Nice bike. Beautiful color. No Chain Guard it's missing.. Not safe for a disabled teen.. No instructions to put it together. Played multiple guess. No clue who to contact to get the missing part we have the brackets it attaches too.

Wife loves this trike!
My wife has back problems and cannot balance a bike. When we moved to a new city that had great streets for riding, I ordered this so she could ride along with the kids. She loves it! I have built MANY bikes, and found this one to be pretty straight forward. The instructions are so-so. I already know the basic mechanics so was able to figure it out easily. If you have never built a bike before this one might be a little much to take on for a first timer. Trikes pose slightly different issues than a standard bike. But if you are handy and mechanically inclined, you should be alright. The Video shows you the basics, but it does not explain what might happen. For example, if you put the back wheels on too tightly, the pedal brake will engage making it difficult to pedal. How to adjust your front brakes, or how to adjust the gear shifting etc... If you do not already know these things, then you may be better served to hire it done. Those things will affect your enjoyment of the trike. Otherwise, this is a GREAT purchase. I am very siatsfied and for the first time, my wife can ride with the kids. She loves the freedom and not being on the sidelines anymore.

Cute as a button, but hard to pedal
Well, I love the bicycle. It was extremely and I didn’t mean extremely hard to put together. I do not like the way the petals lineup with your knees once you’re sitting on the seat it is a very uncomfortable position. I think the pedals should have been a little further up there too far back And even in the easiest speed, it is still hard to pedal.

Horrible instructions
Very difficult to build. The instructions are unclear and it took us HOURS to build this bike. There was also some parts that were bent and we had to manually bend them back in order for the parts to fit.
