Excellent. Simple to fix with aid of video and manual. 40 mins tops. Solid and very stable. Takes up little room in loft. Massive improvement on old style aluminium two piece ladder. A joy to use!

Good quality, sturdy ladder. Easy to use. I got a handyman to come and fit them as I wouldn’t be able to do myself .. took him approx 1.5 hours but he also had to add some structure to the inside of my hatch and we went wrong with one part of the instructions so had to redo a step. I think the instructions could be a tad clearer. Overall very happy with purchase.

This is the second one I have installed. The first in my house and the second in my sons flat. That in itself says something. Installation is reasonably easy, fitting a dropping loft door can be more challenging. The You tube installation videos are worth checking out alongside the supplied instructions. It can be done as a one man job but easier with two. One word from the wise, make sure the beam you attach the mounting brackets too is horizontal or the feet of the ladder don't touch the ground together. Once installed it is fairly easy to put up and down. It feels very safe to stand on and has a very small footprint in the loft when folded up so is very good if space is limited to fold the ladder into. Not cheap but highly recommended.

Excellent product, strong and sturdy. It was easy to install single-handed and the instructions, although a little wordy, were quite clear. I would suggest doing a Google search for the video showing the installation first. Also, I would recommend buying a can of silicone spray to make the sections slide more easily.

Much better than the 3 section types. I needed a ladder that didn't take up too much space in the loft when retracted and this does the job very well. Installed on my own with ease and very happy with it. Well worth the extra money.

I've replaced a two piece aluminium loft ladder that would bend and be a pain to extend and lock into place, it would flex and move with each step up and down. This telescopic ladder is so easy to fit, it is sturdy and is easy to both extend and retract. I didn't bother with the printed instructions, just go on Youtube where you can find a clip showing you how to easily fit the ladder - look for the one that is about 11+ minutes. I would recommend this version of the telescopic ladder and the clip explain why this one and not another that could easily catch your knee as to go up. The fitting time was less than an hour and that included watching the video again just to make sure - simple. Highly recommended, quality ladder.

If a loft hatch was specifically designed to make fitting a ladder difficult it's ours - hard up against a wall, lots of structure either side of the hatch and 2.9m from floor to loft floor. However, this ladder did the job extremely well as it only requires a 235mm clearance in front of the ladder in the loft to accommodate the top of the ladder when tipped up. The installation was straightforward and the instructions are very clear and available online which allowed me to make sure the ladder would fit our difficult situation before buying. The ladder looks and feels very well made and feels very secure to use. The telescopic construction makes this ladder rather heavier than the simple 2 or 3 section sliding types but this is a small price to pay for such a compact design. If I have a criticism it is only that the pole/hook provided is a bit short for such a long ladder but that is easily resolved.

Prodotto solido. Ottimo per fori botola poco ampi. Consente di avere gradini più larghi ed agevoli rispetto alle scale a pantografo o a settori.

Prima di tutto devo ringraziare l'assistenza Amazon per la grandissima disponibilità e professionalità dimostrata nel risolvere prontamente un disguido dovuto al corriere. Il Prodotto è robusto, funzionale ma realizzato essenzialmente per il mercato Inglese vista la limitazione a 2,9m (magari fosse stata di 3) per cui l'asta telescopica è corta e le istruzioni sono solo in inglese. Da notare che la scala cita una norma EN ma manca il marchio CE. Il montaggio è stato semplice mentre ci sono difficoltà a ritrarre gli elementi telescopici perché sono duri quando si deve chiudere la scala. Il mio voto è sicuramente positivo poiché quanto sopra non tratta di difetti funzionali ma di accorgimenti facilmente recuperabili.

Content de mon achat, même si 20 cm de plus à cette échelle auraient été une bonne idée. Très simple à monter, même seul.
