Just what I needed
These pads were exactly what I was looking for. I bought an SVG file which required this size of paper pad and as I wanted to make something for my Grandchildren's teachers for Christmas these were ideal. I know I could have altered the sizing on the SVG but I liked the look of the finished result using this size paper. Very fast delivery from America too.

USEFUL FOR WRITING LISTS
I used to get these from the US, so was pleased to be able to order them on Amazon. They are great for lists and the yellow makes them easy to find. The paper quality is good for writing.

Perforated pages can rip away easily if careless with the pad, but still nice Pads to use.
Really nice Pads for jotting notes, the perforated pages are a bit frustrating when I lose the top page because it can rip away easily, but other than that I really like the pads.

Not good
For something so well renowned, the quality is awful. All the lines are blurred and thick and the paper quality is terrible. It's like trying to write on a sheet of plastic. I don't know how these got past quality control but they are definitely not worth the price, even if the lines were slim and crisp, the paper is just horrible anyway. The one positive is that the sheets do tear off with little ripping, but that's not saying much, it's like saying, "this punnet of grapes were well out of date and rotten to the core, but at least I could easily peel the film of the packaging open! Yeah, it's not for me, which is a shame because I believe these were once good. They may as well just stop producing them if this is what comes of it.

VERY poor perforations
Value not bad for the quantity, but calling these pads perforated is stretching it. In contrast to every other perforated pad I've had, the closest examination of these pages reveals no perforations, and the most careful attempts to extract the top two sheets resulted in these poor specimens. Would not buy again.

Tops legal pads are the absolute best! Thick, sturdy cardboard backing (like they all used to be in the 1970's), paper is bright and heavy too. I really dislike droopy legal pads. I like computers, but there's nothing like working the day using legal pads in small and large sizes, to make lists, draw, formulate contracts etc. It's really hard to be focused and creative when I'm fighting with a limp-legal pad! The "old school" mom & pop stationary store in town had only 1 choice of heavy pads but cost $16 each! I believe it was an English import paper company. I really wanted to see & feel the pads, but finally decided to trust Amazon's reviews and descriptions and found TOPS. Bought a pack of large & small and couldn't be happier. Well worth the price. I used to live in a Third World Country where everything was thin, and bad quality... much like all the energy saving products we love today in the US - So, I just don't waste it and enjoy the beauty of good quality paper!

I hate cheap legal pads. As a lawyer currently taking a break from practice, I still want high quality legal pads for use at home. The paper quality is excellent for a moderately priced legal pad. I have experienced no dragging or catching when using fountain pens and no bleeding when using ink, gel, and permanent pens/markers. Each page tears accurately from the top of the pad, even when tearing multiple pages at the same time. I personally prefer to utilize folios with my legal pads, but the cardboard backing on these pads are strong enough to use sans folio. Overall, I find these legal pads of high quality. I have purchased them multiple times and will continue to do so.

Muito bom! Sempre pedi pra fazer cadernos com folhas A4 porém, os cadernos focam pesados. Esses blocos são excelentes, são leves, bonitos e bem fixos! Atualmente os utilizo para fazer cálculos de matemática financeira, contabilidade, RLM, estatística, matemática básica, língua portuguesa e algumas matérias de direito! Com certeza comprarei muito mais!
