The Fenix WT25R is the Best 18650 Flashlight on Planet Earth.. I love this flashlight!!The adjustable head makes it more useful, I will never buy another flashlight that doesn't have a swivel head. The square body helps too, it won't roll. The bottom is flat so it will stand up, there's a magnet in the base, it's plenty strong to hold it to a flat metal surface. The battery hatch opens like a hinged door, it locks closed, it has an additional metal locking wire that snaps in place to guarantee it will stay closed. So, I work in building maintenance on the night shift. I've had this light for about a year and a half at this point. I use it every day, and here's what I've found:First, I have to say that I love the combination of features that this light has. After seeing it, and how I use it, my coworkers convinced the company to buy them lights with similar features (though they cheaped out and bought AA/14500 lights that aren't as bright and some are now falling apart.)The magnetic base and adjustable head angle are extremely useful when working in electrical panels, air handlers, commercial/industrial attic spaces or pretty much anywhere there's ferrous metal. The 'lens up' orientation and strength of the pocket clip lets me attach the light to the brim of my hat when there isn't any metal around. The easily replaceable battery lets me swap it out when it's low instead of waiting for it to recharge. It's great, and these are features that I use every day, and that I will be looking for when I'm ready for a new light.I'm aware of only one similar light on the market, and that one failed on me. I bought the WT25R to replace that light when it stopped working right after a roughly 5 foot drop onto concrete. I've dropped this light a few times (but not as far onto such a hard surface) and it's still working great. However, one of the 'ears' that holds the hinge pin for the battery compartment door has broken off. That said, the door still closes and retains the battery and the light still works. Because of how the door seals, I expect that it's still fairly water tight too.I've used the magnetic charger, and it works, but I usually just swap the battery when it's low.The adjustable head doesn't have a very strong detent, so it can be a little 'floppy.' In practice, it has enough strength to hold the angle that you set it to as long as you don't bump it and it isn't attached to something with strong vibrations.The screws on the pocket/hat clip can become loose over time, but they're easy to tighten with a T5 torx driver. Maybe put a dab of loctite on them if you're concerned.The paint on the aluminum head has scratched/scuffed off in many places, but it isn't flaking and I really don't mind it.The magnetic base is usually strong enough, but could definitely be stronger. Most of the drops it's experienced happened when it was stuck to something and I bumped it.As mentioned above, one of the plastic 'ears' that hold the hinge pin for the battery door broke off, so the material used for the body could be stronger, or the design for the base could be modified to be more resilient.Most good 18650 cells have enough juice to get through a full night-shift on high, but it would be nice if the light could run on unprotected 'flat-top' cells, just because I have more of them.The strobe function is useless to me, but it doesn't get in the way either. Maybe if it were adjustable with some kind of readout, it could be used as a strobe-tachometer (that would be really cool in a light like this) but those are just wish list features.Oh, and when it was new, the battery compartment reeked like burnt electrical components. Now, a year and a half later, it still smells but not near as strongly. That was a little concerning, but the light worked and continues to work fine.I really hope they come out with an updated model that improves on this very-capable and useful little light.Update 5/7/23Well, it was great while it lasted. Last night a coworker knocked the light off a piece of kitchen equipment that I was working on and it lost the last bit that was holding the battery door closed on one side. The only way to get it to work now is to hold the door shut tight with my hand. Looking over this listing, it doesn't seem to mention that the body of the light is plastic (or polycarbonate, as they used to advertise) but that;s something you should be aware of. I think these lights would be significantly more durable if they were all aluminum.Update ~6/23So, Fenix advertises a warranty on all of their products. I had to do some digging, fill out a couple of forms, and then be redirected to another website to do it all again, but it worked out in the end. These lights aren't cheap, and for a lot of people (like me) it's a bit of an investment. I had to pay to ship the broken light off, and then wait about a week, maybe a week and a half, but they ended up sending me a brand new one in exchange. If I could justify it, I'd have bought a second one as backup because I missed having it with me at work.A couple of quick notes about the replacement: the new one didn't reek like fried wires, the magnet on the base seems a bit stronger (just about perfect now) and the detent on the head adjustment seems a bit tighter (still just a little on the loose side for my taste). Oh, and the plastic portion of the new latch seems a bit flimsier, but it's still backed up with a wire bale, so I'm not too worried about it.I'm still hoping they eventually make an all aluminum version, but until then, their warranty provides some reassurance.

I ơn few fenix light , head light, but this thing feel cheap but it’s work ok, if you drop few time the battery door will broke like mine, and it not turn on.. pocket clip for bell try you crazy .. battery door it’s build plastic and so easy to break.. gosh fenix doing some thing better
