How long does a training session last?

One training session lasts 25 minutes. You can choose between 15 different intensity levels before or during the program. Our trainers go through a varied workout, which is suitable for beginners and advanced.

When will you start noticing improvements from EMS training?

With your EMS training, you will begin to feel the first results within 4-12 weeks. During this time, your muscle will strengthen and become more toned.

How does the training feel?

When you start exercising, you will feel a tingling sensation. As soon as you increase the intensity, you will feel distinct muscle contractions. Over time, you will increase your training intensity and the first successes will become visible.
