Do these glasses really help you to sleep better? I already have my iPad with night light on so the light is more yellow

They helped me. I've found they block a slightly different spectrum than the Amazon kindle setting and then some other software I tired fur my phone. I did not do any testing to see if there was a noticeable difference between the glasses and software blocking. To me, the glasses are much clearer than the software. Though I think the glasses are less convenient than software.  But I also have lots of other dim sources of light around the house that the glasses can help with.  If you are in a dark room with basically only the iPad, you may not notice any difference.

No, these are not right for night driving, they block too much light. Do a search for ‘night driving glasses’ to find something more appropriate.

Hello M. Hayashi,Thank you for your interest in our nighttime eyewear.It is a bit challenging to describe the dimensions but I'll give it a shot. The front is 5.5 inches across by 1.625 inches high. From the bridge of the nose to the tip of the arms is 7 inches.There is no such thing as "one size fits all" when it comes to glasses and I fully understand if they don't fit properly. We have a "no hard feelings" policy when it comes to refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase just let me know, I'll make it right :-)As for day time use, they will help in situations where you need very fine visual acuity such as sharp shooting. However they are specifically designed for nighttime use. I do not recommend them for driving due to color distortion nor do I recommend them for daytime computer use. Blue light is beneficial and even necessary in the daytime, but highly disruptive at night. Thanks again for your interest
