Rattan Nation - Handwoven Round Rattan Bag Straw Bag

I received this today and am a bit upset at the discrepancy between the quality shown in the photo by the seller, and the actual product. I am torn about returning it because I do love the design (and this design is pictured in the photo) but the quality of construction on the product I received is lacking. For a $50+ purse this should've been as it appeared in the photo: well made and well crafted. Instead I received one that had pieces of rattan breaking. There are also little pieces of glue floss dangling in various areas, and the hinge of the purse connecting the back and front of the purse look very delicate. I am afraid to use it. It also, though it says it was "aired out" prior to shipment, has a distinctive barbeque smell like pork. The lining is also not even constructed well. I looked inside and saw a clearly patched "seam" where a raw unprinted edge of fabric was glued to another piece. To keep or not to keep? To be quite honest if it was free returns I would've returned it in a heartbeat. I really do love the overall design, but this was so lacking in good construction, and I am afraid to even use it as the hinge (see attached photos) are two scrawny little ones that wiggle back and forth if I move in the slightest when the purse is open. Even the bow on the front of the clasp has glue strands coming from it. I am very sad to say this one is bad quality. Even the back piece of the purse you can see that they didn't start the weave tight enough at the center. It is not even. Compare my actual product photos to the photos posted by the seller. No Bueno!

Its pretty good. The smell was a little odd at first but once it was out in the open for awhile it was fine. Does what it intends to do, holds a small amount of things.

This product took forever to arrive and when it did it was damaged beyond repair, the two halves are off alignment and it doesn't even close properly
