The pillow is ok, but it does not cool. Ability to cool is why I bought it. Big disappointment.

This is my first set of cooling pillows, and it's been a good experience. These 2 pillows came in a much smaller box than I was expecting, because they are compressed in the packaging. It was easy to open them and fluff them so they looked like "regular pillows".Some microfiber pillows have an unpleasant smell, and these do not. That was a very pleasant surprise! One side of the pillow has a cooling cover, and it really does feel much cooler than the regular side. I tend to be a hot sleeper, and this cooling effect is actually noticable, which I didn't expect.The pillow is comfortable. The filling is the right balance of firm and soft that I feel like it's supporting my head and neck without raising my head so high that it's uncomfortable.I got the standard size although I have a Cal King bed because I prefer that size pillow, and I think I'll have to get a few extra for other beds in the house.

I've never used shredded memory foam pillows before, but knowing that they were cooling was a win for me since I tend to run hot while sleeping. They came very quickly and were tightly packed in the box. Just cut the plastic wrap open and let them inflate. Per the instructions, I threw them in the dryer with some tennis balls on no heat for about 15 minutes and they really did fluff up a lot more.I was pleasantly surprised with these pillows. They're durable and don't flatten or get mushy easily. The shredded memory foam made it moldable but also held its shape. The cooling side of the pillow really does feel cool to the touch (at least without a pillowcase on it). And it's nice that it comes in a pack of two so you can easily complete your bed set. We're super happy with these pillows.

I've never used a shredded foam pillow before so I wasn't sure if I'd like these, but sleeping on them last night I found them very comfortable. They come tightly vacuum rolled in the box, but once you get the three or four layers of plastic off them, they expand very quickly. This queen size is slightly longer than an average standard pillow, but not as long as a king. I discovered most of my queen sheets come with standard size pillow cases, which do fit these but because of the extra length it's just barely. Something to be aware of when picking a size. The cover is a nice thick material and everything is neatly stitched. Has a zipper on one end so I assume you could potentially pull a little of the foam out if you wanted to (if it were too plump or firm for your tastes). I found it perfect as is, and am typically a side/back sleeper. Usually new pillows take me a few nights to get used to and I wake up with a stiff neck in the meantime, but I slept great on this thing.

I had a My Pillow which I loved but after a few years it wasn't as comfortable so I decided to try these and I am pleasantly surprised. You can fluff the pillows like the My Pillow because of the shredded stuffing. I don't like firm pillows because they hurt my neck and give me a terrible morning migraine but you can unzip these pillows and pull some of the stuffing out to flatten it to your liking. You can't do that with the My Pillow. It's pretty comfortable.

I'm so damn sensitive. Too hard. Too soft. Too high. Too low. I could go on.This is amazing because I can just take a handful or 2 of fluff out and make my pillow more or less pillow-y.Love it!The double zipper keeps any of the fluff from accidentally making it out.The fabric being cooler on one side is nice, but doesn't really affect how I feel about it.

Really heavy box. Scared to try pillows because of the weight. They turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Not sure what they will be like in a couple months, but right now they feel pretty good. Price was also very reasonable.
