I bought these because I had an antique 1800's ceramic vase I needed to ship. ●Be sure to follow directions. It helps to watch a video first. ●This is how I packed and shipped an antique vase. ● You have to be quick, so it helps to have everything ready. I activated the bag and placed it in the box. While it was expanding, I placed the vase where it needed to be. I held the vase down while the bag was expanding. When done, I got a second bag, activated it and quickly placed it on top of the vase and closed the box. Be sure your holding the box closed because the expanding foam will press against the top. When it was finished expanding, I opened the box and took out the top bag to check on the vase. Everything looked great and by using 2 bags I had protection all the way around. Even after it is finished expanding, it is still warm and can be pressed or molded around any missed areas that you want covered until it had cooled and hardened. I shipped it from Texas to Philadelphia and it arrived with no damages and completely protected. I will be buying more of these when I run out. This was my first time using these and really happy with the results.
