Bought this for a white elephant gift exchange. Before I wrapped it up I opened it up and tested it. It works great! Hooked right up to my iPhone Bluetooth. Sounds fantastic. Slim, stylish, sharp looking. Not super loud but in my opinion loud enough. If I needed one I would buy another one.

I purchased this from a different online source. I'll get the reason why I subtracted a star out of the way first: even maxed out the volume is not loud enough to compete with outdoors ambient noise if there is vehicular traffic, or noise such as waves at a beach. However, for a desk or nightstand (or kitchen counter) it is plenty loud at a meter or two away.Sound quality is excellent. I was especially happy with the mid range and low end, which are rich and natural sounding. The highs sound a little compressed, which is a good thing for most folks. However, if you want one hundred percent natural sound you may be a bit disappointed.The handle has a friction gear set that allows you to adjust the angle almost infinitely between 180 and 90 degrees. Actually you can rotate the handle a full 360 degrees. Overall construction is solid, and the unit has some heft.If you play this at a third volume (approximately) you can get the advertised play time. At full volume you are going to get half that. On the other hand, if you do listen to it at the lower volume you will get two hours of play time for each hour of charging time, which is impressive and a better ratio that any of the dozens of bluetooth speakers I have owned or tested.Bottom line: I personally like this speaker and can recommend it. However, if you like your music loud, or want a speaker for the beach, you may want to keep looking.

For $50 I'm not sure you can purchase a better product. I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality!! The adjustable handle works great for leaning it against a wall to get better sound quality. I've seen a few "reviewers" describe the flap in the back where you plug in wires but that doesn't bother me. I'll assume that's one the water resistant features when using a Bluetooth connection. It delivers a great sound in the bathroom while taking a shower! Loud enough that the sound quality isn't drowned by the shower. The simplicity of the 3 buttons works well. Great size! Highly recommended this product if you want to listen to music in a small room!! Anything larger than a small room you're going to be disappointed!

This portable speaker is a really nice size, easily potable. I was happily surprised at the quality and volume of the sound from the speaker! Only a few things such as the volume bottoms seem to stick occasionally and the cover for the the jack for charging or connecting to your phone is in the way so it is somewhat difficult to plug in without feeling like you will rip the cover off. Overall happy with this speaker!
