Nothing special, but it is not uncomfortable either. Non toxic was the first priority.
I purchased 3 different latex pillows from Amazon and only keep this one pillow I am reviewing. I was looking for non toxic pillows that would help my neck pain. I'm a stomach-side sleeper. All the other latex pillows (one costing $99) had a strong odor that bothered me, greatly. This one had a slight smell but went away. The comfort is nothing special, but it is not uncomfortable either. Non toxic was the first priority.

This pillow is HOT and not in a good way!
The pillow was great for the arthritis neck pain BUT IT MADE ME SWEAT SO, SO BAD!!! I woke up several times during the night soaking wet from the top of my head to my shoulders!! I am so disappointed.

I love that this pillow has a “cool” side, but it’s not as firm or full as I prefer. It is very well made and the only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the fullness factor

Seems like a really good deal for the price !
I really like the ability of the pillow to mold and form to my head and shoulder area . Very soft but supporting as well .

Perfect pillow.
What a great pillow! I've had two neck surgeries and have had trouble finding a pillow that feels just right. This one is perfect. The pillow feels soft but doesn't flatten too much under the weight of my head. Because the fill is loose pieces of latex foam it can be shifted to feel more, or less thick. It doesn't shift as I sleep. The pillow has a lovely thick cover that can be removed and washed. I really, really love this pillow.

Not great value for night sweats
The one positive I can say is that I did found this pillow very comfortable in terms of head support & low VOCs. Beyond that I feel it is dreadfully overpriced & not "cooling". I suffer night sweats from an autoimmune condition and & got no relief from over- heating. The cover is not breathable. Transferring the stuffing to 100% cotton case helped a little but still underwhelming. For far less money a Thai natural latex pincore pillow performs better with heat reduction.
