I have been looking and researching for a product to help with the very painful finger locking and joint pain that i have been experiencing for the last couple years. I don't know, maybe I'm not taking the recommended dosage correctly (I'm taking one in the a.m. and one at p.m.) or it could be that I take other prescribed meds that may be interfering with the effectiveness of this product. One thing I can say for sure is that I am at least 80% more pain free in mobility from time to time. I will continue using this product until it's done for my monies worth. This is my honest opinion.

I like the combination of the ingredients that support joint health. Only limited amount of other ingredients, which is good. The supplement is a small gel supplement that is easy to swallow. I did not experience any fishy aftertaste. There is a slight fishy odor in the container, but that is expected. Nothing offensive or overwhelming. I look forward to seeing the results on my joint pains after I have completed this bottle.
