Exactly what you expect, and that's good
These are a great way to liven up any Barbie-themed party—or excuse me, I mean legally distinct and not-copyright-infringing-at-all female character with a classic profile. Yes. I couldn't find any indications that there might be variations in quality between balloons, so if you get these, I think you can reasonably expect them to be made well. They are super cute and super fun, and that's exactly what you want. Just don't go in expecting that the birthday girl is going to go gaga over them because they're really just additional decorations. They will most likely be overlooked or given nothing more than a glance. That's just the nature of things.
