When my pad showed up the first thing i did after unpacking and letting it expand was to do the "hand test" that is shown in the ad. In the ad there are two pictures next to each other one is a hand pushing into the pad and the next one is an impression of a hand left in the pad. There are no words but clearly it is highly implied that the hand made the impression which stayed there for awhile. NOT SO, total lie. I pressed my hand into it and lifted up my hand and the impression was gone immediately. I was annoyed at first but i decided to give the pad a try and to make a short story even longer I really slept great. So glad I tried it. My Costco bed is hard as a block of marble and this topper is a little bit of heaven. So the foam pad is not as hard as the description implies but it is very comfortable if you need a bit of softness and the zippered cover with holders seems well made. So I am happy, too bad they feel the need to lie, the product is worthy.

We had a mattress that was too soft and then a mattress that was a bit too firm. We had gone back and forth on getting a whole new mattress and finally decided to try a mattress topper instead. Highly recommend this one! It's on top of our firm queen mattress and honestly, it's one of my favorite places to be again. The foam is the right amount of thickness and we don't get overheated like we have with other toppers. It also stays in place with the corner straps. Save the money of a new mattress and get this instead. Sweet dreams!

This was my 1st splurge on a matress topper after multiple purchases of cheaper "egg carton" types from big chain stores. This has been absolutely worth the investment. Feels like a brand new bed! I have a matress that has a built in pillow top, and it still fits it very well as the topper comes with adjustable straps to go around each corner of the bed. Have had less movement of the topper compared to the egg carton versions. It is very thick, comfy, and does not hold heat. #cloudnine

I have been hesitant to buy any memory foam due to price, so,I decided to give this topper a try. I’m so glad I did! I have used feather toppers in the past that had very little support and caused my spouse back and neck pain. After a few nights his pain went away. The feeling is a little strange at first because you “feel” the topper, but you get used to it quickly and it’s quite comfortable. The corner straps are excellent to hold it in place. Well worth the money!

Moving into an apartment with a crusty old mattress was doing my back NO good for the first couple weeks. I was waiting to invest in a mattress topper that I really thought couldn’t do me wrong- and I definitely found it! The shipping was pretty speedy and I got this guy set up in no time. It fluffed up in the span of 15 minutes and seems superrrr comfy! Definitely was looking for something supportive for the back pain I’ve been experiencing recently, and this does the job. Also, with the straps it comes with on the corners, there will be NO slipping and sliding from my actual mattress. The pricing is a little heavy, but I’d say it’s worth it if you need a restful night!

This topper is very soft which was needed for my too hard mattress. I got the two inch and very plush. I emphasize it’s softness in case some may want a tad more firm. Not hot as such but perhaps warmer than mattress alone

This fits perfectly on my queen size bed. It doesn’t move around too much, but sometimes I have to adjust it up a little, but it doesn’t bother me too much. It’s very soft and comfortable and my sheets fit right over it.

I'm giving it 3 stars because: 1. It took much longer to receive from vendor. 2. In my small town - the USPS would NOT deliver as the box was too big. You may not have this problem if you have Amazon trucks in your town. Wish they would have chosen UPS or Fed Ex for their delivery option. 3. Was very heavy, box was large and I struggled to get the KING size in my vehicle. 4. Upon opening - and laying flat I unzipped for additional airing ability. I noticed the topper is very soft. Hmmm??? 5. I have owned several toppers over the years as I have a bad back and my hands go numb on a regular mattress. I have owned Linenspa, Sleep Number and My Pillow (do not recommend at all) toppers. 6. Hoping this topper is as good as everyone is claiming as it will be a witch to return.Update after testing it for several days: 1st night - topper was VERY soft. Too soft actually that by the 3rd night - we returned it. I then went back to Amazon and researched more and bought a different brand that was firmer. It was almost perfect. Hopefully this topper will work for you - it did not work for us.
