I'm very impressed so far with this massager. Because it has more functions than I even knew about!The massage cushion has a nice feature set, and includes cooling fans -- a feature I've not seen before in a massage pad but it works great. This massage pad also has heating function along with massage for the shoulders, back, hips and thighs. There are 4 different massage modes and you can use them independently too. I enjoy this very much, allows you to adjust where you want to be massaged, which helps great with specific pains in back. It has 3 intensity levels for the massage and 2 levels for both heat and cold. It also has an auto shutoff after 20 minutes.I love that you can place it in any chair- at first i thought it would only work in my computer chair but I can actually put this on my couch and sit on it, or on my patio deck chair and it still does a great job.It comes with a car adapter so it can also be used in cars. Great for long trips and would make a good gift.

I've only used the pad a few times but so far all functions work as described. My only issue is that the vibrations to the shoulder are intense but get much weaker when moving down the back. The hip and thigh settings barely get a tingle. I would expect all positions would deliver the same intensity be it set on low, medium or high.The unit is nicely packaged and the User Manual is exceptionally well done. If the intensity were even I would buy this product again. The unknown at this point is longevity. Will it continue to work for a reasonably long period of time.

I bought this to place in my work chair to help with my disk issues since I work at a computer all day. Sometimes I used it during long car rides as needed. To my surprise, it has both heating and cooling fan functions. The unique cooling fan is something I have not seen before in a massage pad and works really well. Only massage vibration function, but the effect is very good. Worth recommending.

Stopped working after one use. I emailed the company but never got a response. It has been a week. Very disappointing to pay so much money for a bad product. Sad Amazon sells this product. The one star is a star to much. I need to update that the company sent us a new massager. I thank them for the fast response and making this right. Thank You!!

I had a car seat massager for many years. After having a car rearended me going 80mph! I needed something to help me with long term driving. It eventually died. I bought this model to replace it but was disappointed from the beginning. First, off it took many tries to get it to start up each time. Second, the timer was only for 10 mins. I would not recommend this product to no one!

You're sitting there all vibrating and warm and suddenly OFF! Then it doesn't remember your settings so you have to reset it. Wash, Rinse, repeat. It needs a beep 10 seconds before it stops, It needs to just power on and let me choose the settings and it needs to stay on longer than 20 minutes. It has great build quality, The heat and cool functionality is excellent and vibration feels soooo good!
