How to get it to drain
I really love the beautiful design and materials used to create this Chinese Gongfu Tea Set. The finish is so smooth, there is not one blemish on it. I know I will enjoy using this when friends come to visit. How to use it can be a little confusing since there wasn't any instructions nor user manual. But I finally figured it out.1) In my first 3 photos you can see a white plastic drain in the (a) pot stand, in the (b) steeping pot, and how to (c) set the steeping pot on top of the stand to start with.2) Make sure the handle of the pot (top cup (c)) is in a 90 degree angle to the spout of the stand (image with 4 pots- #1&4 positions).3) After heating the water, adding the herbs, and letting it steep to the strength preferred, turn the handle of the pot to be in parallel position (image with 4 pots- #2&3 positions) with the drain spout. The moving of the handle can be adjusted to how fast you want it to drain into the kettle (not shown but easy to know which one that is) by moving the pot's handle anywhere between the 90 degree position to the parallel position.I highly recommend this Chinese Gongfu Tea Set for anyone who enjoys tea.

I need instructions
I collect tea sets and this set intrigued me from the first time I saw it. I will say that it is beautifully made. The color of the clay is consistent throughout the set and the imprinting of the design is impeccable. It comes in a beautiful box and they even include a matching gift bag that fits the box perfectly. What they don't include are any instructions on how to use this set, and it's different from other tea sets that I've acquired. So right now, it sits prettily on my shelf, but I don't know how to use it.To be specific - there are 2 plastic (at least I think they're plastic) circles - one attached to the top pot under the strainer. The other is on the top of the base unit. If I have to guess at how to use this set, I'd imagine putting a tealight candle in the base unit and setting the top-pot with water and tea leaves on top of the base unit. But the plastic would melt, so I'm wondering if those pieces need to be removed. Or maybe my idea on how to use this set is simply all wrong and those parts need to stay in place. I'm loathe to remove them, fearing that I'll damage the set somehow. I'm hoping the seller will put up a video showing the use of this set from unpacking the box to serving the tea. If that happens, or if I receive instructions, I'll be happy to update this review.
