Very useful. Is not uncomfortable for the person in the chair and keeps their foot from slipping off.

Does what it’s supposed to. Helped one of my patient who is paralyzed on one side with a leg that turns inward. His leg kept falling off the wheelchair foot he uses his good leg to propel the chair the straps held his leg in place all day he really liked it.
