Quality, stern and peak window
What an awesome BBQ, cooking time with gas and no more concerns about under cooked meat or high flames, conversion kit was easy so was smoke box and rottiserie rod/motor!! Easy to clean!!! The window to see inside, no concerns about high flames.

Amazing grill!! Has everything you need.
Hubby loves this grill! Worth the price. Sturdy and it has so many great features. It was not difficult for him to put together.

Grill Caught Fire and Melted on First Use - Vendor Non-Responsive
On first use to clean the grill, after 10 minutes flames were shooting out of vents in the front of the grill where you lift the lid. The flames melted plastic making burners u useable, killing the lighter and the electronic temp control. Completely unusable after one use.

Great grill - Cooks even
I was hesitant on purchasing a grill online. This grill came in well packaged with no damage. It took about an hour to assemble the grill and I purchased the Natural Gas kit with it. The conversion was easy to do while assembly. Following the instructions was easy to do. Highly recommend this grill it cooks even and the stainless is easy to clean. I just clean the glass everytime I do a cook.

Great grill with terrible warranty
The grill itself is great. Decent quality parts (though nothing like the weber it's replacing), and PACKED with amazing features. App is buggy but good when it connects. Natural gas conversion is super easy especially if you do it while building the grill (which takes about 2.5 hours). Main problem is the warranty. 1 year on everything besides the burners is a joke. 3 years should be the minimum. Also not sure about spare parts on this but I saw some 3rd party options. Overall I'm happy but they need to fix the warranty situation. Webers have 10 years on burners and fire box.

The upper grill back weather is open to the weather
Except for the grill back being open to weather and the wiring not being clearly marked the rest of the assembly went smoothly and appears to be a well built grill. A user guide would be nice as well

Half of the parts were delivered
The grill arrived incomplete, so I was unable to assemble or use it. Very disappointing experience.
