A GOOD PURCHASE FOR GENERAL DOMESTIC USE AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.
I’m a Windows 10 man so setting this up on 11 was really hard work. The 3K Pro screen with 120 Hz refresh rate and 0.2 latency definitely has the edge over the standard Vivobook, but with the faster Intel Ultra 9 cpu and dedicated graphics, that was to be expected. The Harmon Kardon speakers are a marginal improvement over the standard machine but are still a disappointment. Please be aware that battery life is truly dire if you need to do much without a mains connection. Is the Pro with faster cpu and Nvidia dedicated graphics really worth nearly twice the money? Probably yes, and am I happy with the purchase overall? Definitely. This is an excellent mid-range laptop for general domestic use, but has no pretensions to being a high achiever for anything more.

Slick and powerful machine
Loving this new machine so far. Great value for the price, it's very powerful and compact. I'd highly recommend

Set up needs attention (but that’s part of the fun for some!)
Nice piece of kit with a good spec. Unfortunately ASUS appear to set it up for gamers. For instance it took me an age to get the NVIDIA graphics to work with Photoshop. I am still trying to get the best sound through the speakers but am yet to find an equalizer or bass adjustment. Like the keyboard and screen very much. Battery does not hold its charge for long. I may remove it permanently.

Great
I love the laptop, I’m a mechanical engineer and it handles my simulations and design without issues or lags. Also does game so well. Honestly people complain about the battery life but it’s good for me.
