Very nice, high-res solution for video security system! Updated...buyer beware!
The picture quality is excellent and the software provides numerous options to setup your system, making the whole system very flexible and allows to customize for your needs. I had an issue with one of the cameras not working properly and support tried to resolved the issue over email and the phone without success, so they sent me a replacement and all is well. Nice to know this company stands behind its products and is available for help when needed.Well, this product seems to have problems with staying up. Tried updating firmware twice from support and tried two different hard drives, and the system just shuts the hard drive down and sometimes starts beeping for no reason(sometimes in the middle of the night). Was promised a new system months ago, still waiting to see if the company comes through on its promise...doesn't look promising as of right now.

Questionable WiFi penetration capability
Great 4 mp high res cameras. Problem with WiFi range. I tested it over 150 ft direct line of sight w/o any problems. Tried going through a single vinyl clad wall over 30 ft and it failed to connect. Frequency used may not be suitable for penetration. With no product support and unknown frequency was unable to find a solution. Reluctantly returned product.

Customer Service ( Help!) Was Good
I was shocked that there was no Hard Drive (HDD I did not understand) but I found one reasoonably priced and installed it easily. Then I had a little problem with the Admin password and called customer service. Mango was very friendly ( and patient ) She helped me with that and I am now able to fully use the system. This seems to be a good company.
