I recently purchased a few Tomtoc items including the EDC sling, a couple tech pouches and of course this backpack. This backpack uses the same Cordura material as my sling bag and feels super high quality and durable. I absolutely love the blue interior as it's not only my favorite color but makes it so much easier to find items in low light situations. The pockets/dividers are very well thought out and make it easy to organize all of my items. I use this backpack as my work bag and I carries all my essentials and laptop around with ease and style. Glad I found this, definitely gives my Briggs and Reily bags a run for their money. Well done!

The media could not be loaded. EXCELLENT! Wish I had gotten this sooner. Nicely and safely carries my MacBook and iPad, along with a few books as well. It looks supper nice. Waterproof as well. I highly recommend this product!!

The backpack was definitely quality and looked great, though it was just too small for me. I ordered the 20L option. If you are just going to and from the office and need a bag to safely carry your laptop, notebook, book, and other little things then this bag will work well for you. Though as a student I found the bag just a little tight.

This is a great backpack overall.PROS.- Really solid construction.- Zippers are great, don’t catch, and are satisfying to use.- I like that the inside pockets are two tone with blue and black: it gives some break to your eyes when looking for something. Too often backpacks are all black inside and make it hard to find your goodies.- Feels solid to keep my laptop and iPad safe.- grab handle is solid! Trust it hanging fully loaded 24/7- straps are soft and comfortable- backpack is stylish, logo is very minimal-backpack is stiff, flaps don’t fall over when unzippedCONS (kind of)- zippers could go down an inch or two further to allow increased access. However I love that the flaps don’t fall when you unzip the bag…- there is missed opportunity for a couple more pockets or dividers. However, the minimalism/ simplicity of the backpack is also appealing. More pockets just means more junk…- this wouldn’t make a great travel bag. Work backpack, or if all your stuff is in a duffel/ suit case and this is your laptop bag.

Absolutely awesome pack. I bought it for the Cordura, but the velvety soft laptop storage and beautiful ripstop interior with many pockets keeps me using it more than any other pack. I have the 20L, and it is large enough for a 15” laptop, portable monitor, mouse, mousepad, various chargers, water bottle, and a few other essentials with a bit of room to spare. I’m glad they made a 30L version as I feel that will be ideal for business travel. I use the 20L for to and from the office/coffee shop.

I have a few Tomtoc products and was excited to get this. I have been on the hunt for the perfect travel backpack and hoped this was it. I recently brought it on a trip with me to Universal Studios for a week - only the traveling portion, I did not actually take it into the parks. One of the main things I am looking for is a bag that looks good on its own but also has an elastic belt built in for placing on the handle of my luggage.The bag is really well made, the zippers are waterproofed, and it's a very durable material. I like that it has plenty of padding for your laptop/iPad and can fit a decent sized one as well. It doesn't go crazy with pockets. It has water bottle pockets and a clip for keys.But I don't like that the elastic band for the luggage handle make you place this back horizontal - it sticks out past the sides of my luggage AND it makes it super difficult to get stuff in and out. On top of that, the bag does not zip all the way down and the compartment are shallow. If you're carrying a laptop, iPad, notebooks, paperwork, etc... you're fine. But anything with a little bit of bulk/shape to it, it's hard to get in and out.Overall, it's not a bad backpack, but it's not for travel. It might be okay as a daily commuter if you don't carry much aside from your laptop.

Durable, esthetic, has the layout I want. But some materials feel kind of cheap, like non elastic pockets.
