Performance of all functions is above average making this phone an important accessory for modern day living. Impressed!!!

I'm one of those people who hates to complain so I'm trying to put the best spin on this that I can. I am more disappointed than angry that this didn't work out. The phone was great. A thoughtful bonus on their part is providing a clear plastic case and fitting a screen protector which can be a fiddly process at the best of times.It was fast, easily set up, nice screen and I was really pleased with it. At this point it transferred data and charged ok via the USB port. After about three days I tried to transfer data from a card and it wouldn't recognise it. So I plugged it in to charge. Again no connection. Usual diagnostic procedure, changing cable, cards etc etc all to no avail. So a faulty USB port/connection.Such a shame. I have returned it for refund but I would have been happy to have had an exchange but I didn't see that option.My conclusion is that this is a fine phone, maybe I was unlucky. Would I recommend - yes. As I said I am just disappointed. I'd like to give it five stars but feel this would be dishonest to those reading this review so I've gone for four.

Phone seems ok

Phone worked until overnight one night it ran out of charge and would not charge again in the morning, totally useless. Tried contacting support through their support e-mail but no response. A waste of money and heartache trying to source a new phone and recover settings and data.

This phone has so many features. The quality is evident and it scrolls smoothly using Android 13 with all the latest features Android. On top of it all the phone came with a pre-installed screen protector and a clear case to protect . The camera is acceptable and takes great photos. The fingerprint scanner works well, plus face id and I have not found any issues with any feature I used so far. plenty of storage and you can expand the storage with an SD card if you need more. This would be a perfect first phone as the price can't be beat. highly recommend this phone to anyone needing a quality smartphone with the latest Android system.

The media could not be loaded.  Got this for my son’s birthday. The battery lasts around 2 days once charged. The display is high quality and he loves playing games on it. Accidentally dropped it but nothing damaged would say it’s a tough phone. Face unlocking, biometric and dual sim are some great additional features. Glad that he got got this as his first phone. Worth the buy.
