What internal shape is this helmet - Round Oval, Long Oval or Intermediate Oval?

Mine is more of a round oval. The pads are waaaayyyyy to thick though. You'll need to cut the cover and trim it down and sew it back up. My cheeks were.covering my eyes. Lol

I measure out to 59cm. Should I go large or xl?

I ordered a size bigger.. I am 57-1/4cm (narrow head shape) and went with a large, it fits snug but not overly tight... My guess is you are right in-between L&XL.. I would say large (but it may fit a bit tight but better for safety) XL might be a bit too big, I think it depends on the shape of your head. Hope that helps a bit. It is a light comfortable helmet with good ventilation.

Is the small size fit youth 54cm-55cm?

Youth helmets are made for youth. Do t put an adult helmet on a youth.
