I loved how easy it was to install this seat, and in use it is comfortable.Only slight issue is that I find I have to hold the seat up for a few seconds before releasing it so that the soft-close doesn't push the seat back down.

I bought this to replace a Villeroy and Boch soft close toilet seat - the soft close mechanism had failed on two of these in just over a year and at £250 for a V&B replacement I wanted a cheaper alternative that actually worked. I was concerned that a cheaper product might not be good quality or match the bathroom but in reality in is better than the V&B seat in terms of both quality and appearance - it just shows how overpriced and poorly functioning a brand name can be. The Bemis seat was very easy to fit, looks good and the mechanism appears well made, very satisfied. Highly recommended.

The seat is sturdy and easy to fit. Adjusting was straightforward and it hasn’t moved in several weeks of use. This is the third Bemis lavatory seat I have bought, not the same lavatory! I have been very impressed with each one. I shall certainly look for this make if I need to buy another.

Great product! It took literally 5 mins to replace my old seat everything fitted and lined up out of the box. As long as you have measured up to make sure this is the right size range for your toilet, you should have no problem at all

This is the second of these toilet seats I've bought, the first one was fitted and has remained in place since but the second one doesn't stay in place which isn't very good for disabled people like me.
