Love this shampoo suggested by my hairdresser!!!

I loved everything about it just wish the bottle was a different size lasted about a month

Repeat! To package a plastic bottle in plastic wrap only to protect the bottle is quite wasteful. Please remove that outer layer in future shipments. Product is otherwise great

I am hesitant to use this product. I do not know if the container/lid changed or if it is a copy of the original product. I'm debating returning it.

Recommended by my hair stylist after I got a grey balayage done. I believe that this product does a good job at attempting to strengthen hair with the Biotin, but my hair tends to fall out as much as it did before I started using this product. I do have very thin, brittle hair, but this shampoo does add more volume to my hair which is nice.

This shampoo is a coral color.. same shade as the bottle. I wash my naturally brown hair with it everyday and my hair feels nice and clean. The scent is subtle and I love it. My hair is cut in a short pixie and I am trying to let it grow... This shampoo is doing a good job with anti-breakage. I don't blow dry my hair... just let it dry naturally.

Scent amazing,I have ash blonde hair and I was a bit worried as most of the shop shampoos leave my hair like a straw but this one is just amazing .I am very impressed 💛I’ve seen bad reviews about it and I guess the result of using it depends on each hair ....give it a try however ,all L’Oreal Professionel are better than any L’Oreal from shops.My hair loves it 💛Me too💛Will buy the big bottle 🥳🥳

The smell is divine. But unfortunately it left my hair feeling quite odd, a strange texture through the mid lengths and ends mainly, and that texture survived a wash with silver shampoo and a condition. Not sure what caused it but I would like to try the conditioner for this and see how it works out. My hair felt fine though when dried.

Well so after first use I Had a big impressions that is working well..unfortunately my hair after while got greasy , my scalp itchy and my hair start to fall down a lots...I don't recommend this shampoo at all..
