I am chuffed to bits finding this small business which cater for all our furry friends needs. I was able to collect from a location of my choice, which saves having to wait in for the postman who doesn't always deliver at the same time each day.I prefer to buy from small companies rather than corporate businesses, they're greedy. I find small companies really do care for their individually new customers and will push the boat out to please. I had a very nice email from them welcoming me to their online store. I will of course in future be shopping for all my dog's needs especially her clothing. I find their standards are very high and will be very difficult to match, if at all.I have previously bought a dog coat elsewhere, an expensive one at that. It was no where near as good quality as the orange one bought recently , as above. The sewing/stitching is small and very secure. There are no gaps in the seams, the cutting of the material was very exact and precise. There are no errors what so ever. The material strong yet flexible.The design is the best I have come across for keeping my little dogs tummy dry and her neck nice 'n warm. It isn't tight around the legs and tummy. It fits just perfectly...it moves beautifully with her legs when she walks or runs like the wind.For those of you lucky people who have found this company and product (coat) you won't find this coat anywhere else in such high quality and at that price. I rate this business 10/10 for excellent customer services. It's good to find a company who show so much care for their new customers, and our pets. Thank you kindly. I had to order a second item as the Velcro ripped from the coat. However Customer services contacted me and rectified this issue which was a welcome surprise and would certainly mean i would order from them again. Had the initial item not become faulty i would have rated this item much higher. Its difficult for me to get a dog coat for my dog , so was pleasantly surprised by this item. Because of the shape of my dog it doesn't fully pull up to her neck but I'm ok with this .Its easy to put on and looks lovely .

I needed two coats for my Cairn Terrier and terrier cross but was uncertain which size to order.I read a lot of reviews for various dog coats and with many sizing appeared to be an issue.I decided on this particular coat as I liked its appearance, but decided to order one initially ‘just in case’.I measured my dogs as instructed and found that they were in between the small and medium sizes, so I decided to order the medium.It arrived promptly and was actually a perfect fit for my Cairn, so I immediately ordered another in the same size for my Terrier cross.The coats are very easy to put on, you just put one of the front legs in and then Velcro holds the coat at the front and around the waist. The waist is elasticsted and so allows for larger or long haired dogs. There is an elastic loop to go around the tail to hold the coat in place, but I haven’t used this and the coats have stayed in place.My dogs wear harnesses and they fit nicely over the top of the coat, although there is a home to fit a lead through.I’ve used them in the cold and rain and am really pleased with them. They also look smart and well made. I haven’t had to wash the coats yet.Very pleased with my purchase and may well buy more for my other dogs.

not sure whether I have commented on this coat as I found the email from the supplier in my junk mail. The coat itself is very well made but does have a lot of Velcro on it which does make it very easy to use. Our dog Bella is a large rescue staffie and objected to the Velcro being opened quickly around the neck. She wasn't too happy with the noise it made and made a movement with her muzzle and a growl to say go careful with that please. The second time was a little closer , however after removing it slowly she now accepts nothing is going to happen and seems happier. Unfortunately it is obvious that maybe we should have bought the xxxl as we are about 2 inches short in the tail, the elastic tail connection makes it too tight if you put it on. I expect the xxxl would have been appropriate size but we will persevere for the time being as we are not too bothered to return coat as it has been used.

UPDATED - I've had this coat a couple of months now and whilst i stand by everything written in the below review i have now had the need to put the coat through the washing machine a couple of times and the velcro at the front has stopped working and needs to be re-fastened approx 5 times in an average one hour walk. Very annoying and as such i have lowered my rating from 4 stars to 3 starts. Would i buy this again? I'm not sure. This coat has a lot of plus points but personally for me the constant calling the dogs back ( I bought 2 coats) and re-fastening a wet coat in the rain spoils it for me.I bought this in bright pink for my female dog (XL) and bright blue (L) for my male dog so that they were easy to see running around the woods. The blue hasn't arrived yet but the pink fits my 5 month old Labradoodle puppy perfectly. Not tight but not too loose either. She's not large in size, probably as tall as an average springer spaniel but not as long.I've not tested the coat in the rain yet but it appears to be warm and covers the back and tummy areas well keeping them clean and leaf, twig, bramble etc free. It's easy to put on and off with large velcro strips around the neck and on both sides of the body. So far it's stayed in the correct place and doesn't slip to one side.I will order another one when she out grows this one as it does everything i wanted it to. 4 stars only because i haven't tested it in the rain yet, but overall 5 stars for quick delivery, looks and quality of the coat. If you're undecided between two sizes choose the larger size.
