INSANE quality for a GREAT price!
Every part of my experience with this keyboard has been fantastic.Unboxing: Starting from the unboxing. I really was expecting a lackluster box with cheap materials, but it was a surprisingly premium experience. After the Apple-esq box opening (The box itself being made of very nice material), you are greeted with a semi-opaque leaflet bearing the company's name stamped in silver, as if to put their best foot forward. It was a very good first impression to be sure. The keyboard itself was contained in a minimal bag for sanitation. The box also contains an instruction booklet as well as a USB A to C charging cable. The box itself is very similar in feel and structure to that of an iPad or other Apple product so it is clear that AUSDOM is very interested in a premium experience.Physical Features: They keyboard itself is very firm/sturdy and does not flex very much when twisted. Its rubber feet keep it firmly in place when on a smooth surface. This keyboard comes with the ability to use Bluetooth as well as the included Bluetooth/RF dongle, with the ability to hot swap between the dongle and 2 other bluetooth paired computers by using dedicated buttons. (Allow me to talk about this dongle for a minute. This dongle comes with the keyboard embedded in an indentation on the bottom of the keyboard. It is secured there with a dedicated MAGNET that keeps it firmly in place while not being hard to remove. It assists with putting the dongle back in place. This was such a surprising feature! A fine example of going the extra mile! I tip my hat to the engineer[s] that designed each part of this.) The keys themselves are reminiscent of what you would find on a modern MAC book, although lacking the slight dip in the middle of the keys. The tactile experience is not bad. Being an ultra-low profile keyboard, this keyboard uses a membrane for its tactile feedback, so it is similar to that which you might find on an better than average laptop, being a bit more stiff than what you would find on a MAC. The function keys on the top of the keyboard have plenty of useful hotkeys, though some of them being somewhat pointless (F9-f12 being hotkeys for copy, paste, cut, and select all, which are pointless because it is more inconvenient to use them than the normal hotkeys (Ctrl/Cmd+C,V,X,A)). I also somewhat wish that the function keys were divided into groups of 4 which is sortof an unspoken standard practice for increasing accessibility.Software Experience: The dongle works immediately without hassle and connecting via Bluetooth is intuitive and painless. Switching between devices is as easy as it will ever get, with the push of a button letting you switch immediately to the desired device and start typing immediately.Overall: Overall, this product is premium and does everything I expected it to AND MORE. The price I paid ($34 on sale) is more than worth the absolute goldmine of quality you get from this company. It is thin, durable, and feels quite nice to use. It is quiet and wont disturb others, even when typing quite hard on the keyboard. I am very impressed thus far and I will keep this company on my radar. I look forward to seeing products they put out in the future. I plan to take this to my work to use in a very dynamic IT environment which requires constant switching between sources as well as the portability of a wireless keyboard. The USB dongle is absolutely essential for me to use with KVMs and it is the reason I first looked at this keyboard.

Slim nice design
The keyboard is pretty cool, I like the touch of the keys, not as soft as my Mac though but still pretty comfy. Some keys combination are not functioning like I used to but as for the text typing it’s all good.

Beautiful and well-engineered
I ordered this keyboard because I wanted something more like a laptop keyboard, with the super-flat keys and heftier feel. This keyboard delivers all that--it's a beautiful piece of equipment. It's solid, beautifully engineered and feels well made. The typing action is easy and crisp. That being said, I did have a few issues.I have a brand-new laptop--all software new, everything updated. I wanted to be able to pair the keyboard through the 2.4G link. Nothing I did seemed to connect. At some point, it did start to work, but the performance was so terrible it was unusable--there were more sticking/repeating and dropped letters than correct ones. Troubleshooting sent me back to square one--it simply would not connect through 2.4G. I even tried seeing if the keyboard was visible in the wireless device list--nope. I was beyond disappointed that this amazing, near-perfect keyboard turned out to be utterly useless. Out of desperation, I tried one of the BT connections. It popped right up and asked if I wanted to connect, and I was off and running. The keyboard was as wonderful to use as I hoped it would be. I still wanted to get it working properly through 2.4G though. I kept trying, and still nothing. Not even the weird results I had the one time.Other than the simple troubleshooting through Amazon, I found no option for much in the way of contact or support on the Ausdom website. I used the the "Ask the seller a question" option and gave a detailed description of the problem and asked for help. It's been the better part of a week and I've heard nothing.I love the keyboard, and will continue to use it with the BT connection. I would have given it 5 stars, but due to the continuing issue with the 2.4G pairing and the lack of any seller response, I only gave it 4. I still hope to hear from the seller and get it working properly. If anything changes, I'll edit my rating.

WORST KEYBOARD I HAVE EVER OWNED - DO NOT BUY, TOTAL RIPOFF
Keyboard works for about 1.5 days, then all of the sudden, some of the keys quite working. Some of the numbers quite working - then all of the keys quit working. I tried to give it a chance, but even plugged in to an outlet or wireless, it was a hug disappointment to my work life and caused me to waste too much time trying to get it to work. I have reverted back to my junky Logitech version. It's loud, but at least it WORKS. I WANT A REFUND.

Great Keyboard!
This is a solid keyboard and well worth the money! It's sleek and lightweight while still being durable and high quality. I haven't experienced any lag, dropped keystrokes or double strokes. I also love that it has the updated usb-c port for charging. Sooooo many other keyboards like this one have the old and outdated mini USB port. Now when I say this keyboard is solid, I MEAN solid. I bought this keyboard almost a year ago and used it for a few months before switching to my mechanical keyboard just for a switch up. Unfortunately, this keyboard was then given to my toddler to play "work" with (we thought it was a different, broken keyboard). After realizing my mistake MONTHS later I gave it a try, and it still works perfectly!Highly, highly recommend!
