The product is very handy and easy to carry around and install. It doesn't come with the battery, but there are plenty of batteries on Amazon that fit the product. Overall I am quite happy with the energizer, it's definitely worth the price.

It doesn’t shock any of my animals. I charged it, put a nice ground rod in and it shows a pulse on the light but anything that touches the hot wire doesn’t seem to get shocked at all. So I’ve been herding my animals back in every day because it won’t contain them inside the Hotwire

Product is easy to install and use. Is able to keep the coyotes out of my yard. Would definitely purchase again if needed for another fence.

I didn't notice that the battery was not included. so with the sun shining it gives some little indication that its working, but NO. When it dawned on me.... duh. Order the rechargeable ML4-6 (I got the Mighty Max) for the S15 version of this product. Fits and works great. They really should include the battery as getting a battery that fits the product should not be part of purchase process.

Bought this some months ago. HD all set to use on the electric fence. Hooked it all up , nothing. Got to checking. There was no battery inside !! So now I have to buy the battery since it has been so long. Just opened the box !! So check your contents
