Garage Plans: Oversized Two Car Garage with Shop and Attic Truss Roof - Plan 1200-4R

I really loved this design! I have never built a building before and the plans had everything I needed including a material list which made it simple to get quotes as I decided on a suppliers. I was going design my garage myself but it was easier finding this design which gave me everything I needed space for vehicles and tractors, separate wood shop, and a easy access attic. I put the stairs for the attic on the outside so I would not take up any of the floor space. I also put radiate heat in the floor and got a wall mount demand heating system. The only thing I would recommend to the architects who designed these plans would be to update the material list to modern material like zip board. I built just about everything in this building myself and these plans made my job much easier!
