I have been type 2 diabetic for 14 years. All those years I have eaten low carb. I bought these for my husband first as a snack but then I tasted them. Now I just ordered a bunch of them for myself. They are so good!!

These are delicious and addictive. A little overpriced though, but very satisfying.

So far the whales, cherry berry and orange are my favorites. The cola is ok but pretty sweet. I would prefer that they don't have the "sugary" coating (not really sugar). I like them to be more like the actual gummies. These are great for diabetics

So the sour ones I found inedible. Chemical sour and not enough sweetness to balance it. So I didn’t eat them. The whales are pretty good. A little chewier than I like but good taste. The problem is all the added fiber. This isn’t like eating fruit it’s like downing Metamucil. It’s harsh. I don’t like anything so disruptive to the gut. You could use these in the blazing saddles scene instead of the beans or it could be in the snl colon blow commercial and that’s not a compliment. Maybe if you ate a quarter bag at a time but no your body won’t adjust to ingesting a huge amount of added fiber in one sitting. I don’t know what would be a tolerable amount. I’m not looking for Lower calorie and I think sugars fine in moderation. I just don’t like it for my teeth and I love gummies. Order at your own risk folks

So very satisfying in both flavor and texture without messing with my blood sugar.
