This book is an incisive and often hilarious glimpse into the crazy world of TV production, written by one of the top Camera Operators in the biz. From Operas to awards shows, from war zones to cooking shows, If you watch the “big” shows you’ve seen his work.

Jim writes with such ease that you think you are listening to him talk. I have now read this book multiple times and I keep finding more to delight in.This can not be the whole story, when does the next chapter come out?

I loved reading these fun behind-the-scenes TV “adventure” stories so well told. I had the chance to work with Jim a few times on much more mundane productions and every time he delivered the shot!
