Super design
A fantastically designed bit of baby kit. The multi-purpose recline is excellent giving you the choice of angle or elevation in collaboration with the adjustable handle. I found the assembley a bit of a breeze and it feels safe and secure. It runs really well, the wheels are sturdy and can be locked or braked via a foot height brake pedal with ease. The foot muff is nice and cosy and the whole ensemble has been designed to be warm and waterproof. I can't find anything to nit-pick about, even the colour and design look nicer when you have it up and running. It folds down and locks into position easily and is, for its size, very lightweight. An excellent item.

quality and style
This is a great product which was easy to assemble in a relatively short time. The pictures at the back of the manual offer an easy guide to assembly. The quality and workmanship of the buggy is outstanding, from the buggy itself down to the zip on the bag. It's all very lightweight but sturdy and should last for many years to come. Driving the buggy feels very smooth and enjoyable as well as being able to have a good grip to the bar. The brake is very easy to apply on and off. Positioning the buggy in different ways was quite straightforward. The footmuff is very well padded and will definitely keep the little one warm in the cold weather. The raincover is quick and easy to put on should you be caught out in an unexpected shower when out and about. Folding the buggy away is quite straightforward and doesn't take too much space in the boot compared to other buggies.Having used other products in the past they don't match this level of standard. Even the tyres are of outstanding quality and the front tyres swivel around very easily so going around corners and other objects wont be a problem at all.All in all a quality and stylish buggy. Highly recommended.

Italian style - sturdy and easy to understand
The Koochi Litestar comes in three colours, yellow, pink and blue. Our Litestar is yellow which is nice and visible when you want to be visible to cars when you're crossing grey British streets. The pink and blue versions are for girls and boys, or for those parents who want to fight gender stereotyping, boys and girls. It arrives packed in a box that says "Ready to roll" in big letters which made me think I'd pull it out and start using it straight away. But it's not that simple, not that I'm complaining. Everything inside is individually wrapped in bubblewrap, cardboard and foam and you have to unwrap the wheels and plug them in and clip on the seat. Then you attach the bag, wrist strap, bumper bar, foot cosy and rain cover. The good thing about this is that it arrives in perfect condition and you have to figure out how everything fits together. To put the pushchair together I had to refer to the instruction manual which I found irritating for the first twenty minutes - the writing is quite small, and I had to read each bit a couple of times before it sank in. I kept reading things like "fit the bumper bar (c)" then looking at the picture of the product on the un-numbered page 10 and wondering what (c) referred to.Then I made the major discovery that most of the back half of the instructions are a sequence of diagrams which mean you don't need to read the written instructions at all. You might think I'm thick for failing to notice that the picture version is in the manual but I blame the layout - the written section is in English, then Italian, then French. I assumed that the further back sections of the instructions were in other languages so I didn't need to look there. Maybe if the picture version came first I wouldn't have made this mistake? With everything plugged together you can enjoy the sturdy design of the Litestar. The foot-operated brake is near the back right wheel, and firmly locks both back wheels. The switches to stop the front wheels swivelling feel like they will last a long time. The zips, bags, padding and metal bars all feel high quality. When you push the pram it's got a satisfying balance between sturdiness and light weight. The handle clicks into four positions ranging between 80cm and 98cm high and at 6 foot tall I find the top position best.To put the Litestar in your car boot you fold the handle right down into a fifth position, push a lever and the whole thing collapses down and a clip on one side holds it in place. We can just about fit it folded into the boot of our Toyota Yaris so you should be able to fit it into most car boots. It is quite big though so if in doubt you should double check the size of your car boot. The Litestar is suitable for babies up to 15kg so it's from birth to three years old. You can also buy the Koochi Upstart Group 0+ car seat, and the optional accompanying ISOFIX base. The Upstart replaces the plug-in seat that comes with the Litestar. By the time you've bought the Litestar, the Upstart and the ISOFIX you've splashed out a lot of cash for the first three years of your baby's life. I think it's a good investment.
