How long does it take to see someone results in the color of fancy goldfish?

I noticed more color in about three weeks feeding four to five times

Is this for large pond fish or regular aquarium fancy goldfish? I have the latter - about 4 inches each.

It's baby pellets, so definitely for aquarium. The 1-1.5mm size would disappear in a pond...but good food though, my Oranda's wolf it down and digest it pretty fast. Then again goldfish will eat just about anything.
