The belt works great! After the first use I noticed my back didn't hurt as much! I love how many different ways you can use it; from back pain to losing weight. It's very comfortable to wear and it has its own timer for when it's time to turn off.

The media could not be loaded. So the instruction manual/operation guide, does not match the functions that the buttons do on the product itself. The video that I posted shows exactly how it’s wrong.If I overlook the fact that it is a little confusing that way, it does help with my back pain and inflammation. It is easy to use once you compensate for the buttons being wrong. I do wish the instruction manual had a little bit more explanation like why would you use a pulsating light over a constant light or what would be the different benefit of having use the different frequency of lights. Instead of it just being a shot in the dark.

This red light therapy belt is very good quality and works well. It is easy to position and stays together. There is a little pocket on it to keep anything you want, but mainly for a USB battery pack to you can use it while still moving around the house.

It is pointless because the control is impossible to manage and it shuts off automatically. The belt itself and red lights seem ok but unable to use for more than 2 mins. RETURNED!

This therapy belt is amazing for body and muscle pain. It helps a lot and you can adjust it to fit just right. It's made really well, so it lasts a long time. I think it's great and I'd tell anyone with pain to try it.I highly recommend this belt . 100% money worth .

I have been experiencing lower back pain in recent days and I feel better using this product for a while . There are clear instructions in the manual and there are multiple settings even a beginner can use this. Travel friendly as well . Definitely recommend to try this .
