Put this onto our little dog instead of his cone of shame from the vets after his operation.It worked wonders as he just sat still in the conservatory for nearly 2 hours

My dog seemed to tolerate it and once used to it, seemed to like it. I'm not sure if it really stopped her licking her feet though, she could have reached them still if she wanted to! But she's a GSD with a long snout and body so might be more effective for shorter/stouter dogs

This was helpful on stopping my dog chewing her feet . The only downside is she can't see through it like the clear plastic cone ! And I had to watch her going up and down the stairs as she did trip over things !

It works if your 🐕 has itchy skin

This fits my Vizsla well. It took a bit of time before it actually started inflating but once it did, it inflated quickly. The seal worked and I was able to close the valve before all the air escaped. It looks nice and has adjustment for ensure a snug fit around the neck. My dog was happy to wear it when he was up and about but when he went to bed he found it uncomfortable and was breathing heavy as it was obstructing his breathing somewhat when he laid flat. When curled up he wasn't so bad. But it did make him a bit restless but it is far better than the traditional cone collars. The only other thing is that he could still reach the site of his surgery which was on his hock. However, it is well made, looks attractive and does the same job as any of this type of collar. If I deflated it a bit I think he would be able to lay flat without obstruction easier but that would also make it even easier to reach his wound site.

The collar is more of a cylinder, so it has a flat inner surface (~8cm wide) which doesn't narrow to a point. The clip to keep it closed is robust.I think I would consider the cone style for an actual injury, but for occasional use this inflatable collar is god enough.Collar arrives folded in a plastic bag.
