Didnt care for the name or how the packaging was...What I got was some very well made faucets good for my guest bathroom with 3 separate counter top holes.The faucet pieces came well protected in a box in a foam cut out and it came with all the hoses needed to connect itthey felt very hefty as they were good quality brass and i even took off the top cap to measure that, it is high quality indeed. there were no plastic parts (except for the diffuser in the spout) and everything seemed really solid and gave a good tension in its ceramic cartridgesthe only thing to watch out for is this does not have a pull up sink stopper rod or anything like thatso you should be looking into a pop-up stopper separately to match this. (make sure you pick one that has overflow or not, according to your sink)im about to install it now and replace a set of chrome faucets with worn out cartridgesby the way, i stopped by home depot and found similar pfiser faucets selling for $120 or soso this is a great deal at around half the pricejust make sure you have some teflon tape and plumbers putty ready for the jobwill post more pictures once i have it installedPOST-INSTALLATION EDIT:Installation was not too hard, hardest part was getting through washers through the 2 hoses in each of the handle sets.make sure you put on the teflon tape on threads that need it prior to installing italso the 2 small hoses per handlesets do not need teflon tapesI used some plumber's putty to seat the center faucet and each handle sets and scraped away the excessI also swapped out the stopper as indicated in my above post that it is neededthe only thing that was odd to me is that the cold side turns counterclockwise to turn it onand hot turns clockwise to turn it onwhich is opposite of most faucet handlesbut thats ok to me, no big deal

Update- the company reached out and apologized about the issue and sent out a new device the next day. This one worked, without leaks.The weight and construction of the hardware seemed great and my plumber was impressed at the beginning, but upon install there were constant leaks that he tried to fix but was unsuccessful. After about 4 hours he gave up and told me it was the faucet, we purchased another brand and he had it installed in less then 15 minutes. During the install the plumber tried alternate hoses and a few other things to make it work, but nothing seemed to fix the issue. The quality appeared good so we may have just had a bad unit.

This set did not come with a fill valve or stopper for the sink. I had to go to Home Depot and purchase a delta faucet. I'm stuck with this one which is useless to me bc the return period expired.

The faucet was as expected and came on time

JUNK....bought 4 of these. 2 leaked within 3 months and had to be replaced.

The washers that came with it were very poor quality and leaked. I was forced to go buy better washers for both faucets I bought. Big inconvienence and expense.
