Nicely finished wooden display base... helps to set-off ornaments very nicely indeed
The media could not be loaded. The FINGERINSPIRE round wooden base is highly polished and finished in a rich 'saddle brown' coloured surface (I would describe the colour as a reddish-brown, not dissimilar to a mahoghany wood colour).I ordered the round one and I like the inset raised disk and the fact that the base layer is nicely rounded - it has simple and modern clean lines. The underside is completely flat and has no 'feet' or rubbery pads. I think I will probably add either a felt base or stick on four small round rubber pads to lift the base off the surface a couple of millimetres and also help to protect the surface of whatever the wooden base is placed upon.As I looked around our home I could see many ornaments, vases, lamps and trinkets that would sit nicely on the base. I chose a couple of my discoveries for illustration examples in my photos. I will mention that the photos where I have placed a candle on the wooden base that it's an LED candle - we do not use real candles anywhere as we find the modern LED versions are very effective and, of course, much safer than real candles.For a 'niche' market product like this I think that the 'under £7' price tag is probably warranted - I certainly couldn't make anything as well finished as the FINGERINSPIRE base. Therefore the price and the product get my approval.

Second Set Damaged!
I like these but seriously? This is a second set that one of the pieces had a broken leg in the packet?!! Now they were either packed like this or damaged in transit! It's NOT good enough Amazon, why should I have to repair AGAIN after unpacking it!!

Not good
Bought these when they arrived one of the legs was broken off I super glued it back together and they work fine but disappointed that it was broken on arrival. Rather than that they are solid and pretty good.

Terrible arrived with all legs broken - do not buy
Poorly packed the legs are stuck on with glue which arrived half on and half off - tossed it
