It was not long until I felt the advantage of taking two of these each day. Really made a difference. I really preferred the gummies to taking the tablets. I found the capsules or tablets to be large and hard to swallow.

I have been using Nature Made supplements for many years. I like that it is an American company and the quality is excellent. I take magnesium glycinate gummies every night to help me fall asleep and have a more restful night. I have also tried many brands trying to find the right balance between taste, quality, and cost. These gummies are soft and easy to chew with decent berry flavor. The only thing I don't like is that they are too sweet and covered in sugar. I am trying to cut back on sugar so don't want to add this much sugar in a small supplement right before going to bed. I really wish Nature Made could have a sugar-free version.

This is a great product. I was having terrible leg cramps. I always heard you need more potassium so I started taking a potassium supplement. The leg cramps did not stop. So if all else fails ask your doctor! Right!. He told me I need magnesium. So I ordered these chewable. The leg cramps have stopped. I have been taking them for the last year. I a sure there are other reasons for taking them, but I know they help leg cramps.

These are great taste good. But there is only 40 gummies in the bottle. So I wish they would fill up the bottle for the price
