So glad I invested in a sonicare toothbrush.
This has been game-changing for my dental routine. Instead of brushing hard and pressing too much into my teeth, I allow the brushes to glide over and the vibrations do the rest. I get such a glistening clean effect that I never got from my old electric toothbrush. The battery is fantastic, it can last me upto 4 days with cleaning twice a day. The extra setting is really good and flosses alongside my WaterPik, leaving a really deep clean. It's very good at what it does. I love the fact it's pink, too. Perfect for His and Her's sides of the bathroom, with my fiance's sonicare on the other side of the sink. Great product! Easy to use and incredibly effective. Thank you!

A superb toothbrush.
This is an excellent toothbrush, and a quantum leap over my old Philips one. The design is sleek and modern , yet light and easy to hold. The sonic action is the best I've experienced with an electric toothbrush. It's not especially quiet, but works well. It makes a soft 'bleep' sound if you're pressing too hard, which is a useful touch. The fact it's rechargeable with a USB is very handy as well for when travelling - no clumsy Euro plug adapter required here. It costs a bit more than other Philips models, but I feel it's worth it, especially with a longer battery life and additional features.

A step up from a standard electric toothbrush
Great toothbrush. Used it for about four days now and not had to recharge it yet. Being sonic really feels like a step up from a standard electric brush. The narrow cleaning head easily reaches the back teeth and feels like they have a good clean. So far the sonic toothbrush has been excellent.

Poor Customer Service
Purchased in November 2025, stopped charging in February. Seller refused to do anything about it as past 90 day warranty from them (by 26 days). Seller said I need to contact the manufacturer. Poor customer service

Easy to use and looks good
This was to replace my previous Phillips Sonic that was over 2 years old and not having much charge left. I love this, great colour and cleans my teeth beautifully. Battery life much better.

A more visible green light.
The charger light is a quarter the size of a pin-head! Don't by it for granny or anyone like me (86 years old, but with my own teeth!) Make me switch off the light to see what it's doing, then switch the light back on! What was Phillips thinking?! Give us a break! Otherwise, it seems a like a really nice piece of technology.

Prevents plaque buildup. Absolutely the best. Buy it if you can afford it. Will save a lot more in dental bills, especially if you have irregular teeth.

The Bottom Line If you’re looking for a solid electric toothbrush that just works without a bunch of fancy (and expensive) apps, this Sonicare is a great pick. It’s simple, tough, and gets the job done without breaking the bank. What’s to Like? Serious Power: You can really see the vibration intensity when you get the brush head near water. It’s got plenty of "oomph" to make your teeth feel way cleaner than a regular manual brush. Super Simple: There’s one button. That’s it. You don’t need a manual to figure out how to turn it on or use it. Smart Reminders: Even though it’s basic, it’s smart enough to have little lights at the bottom that tell you when the battery is low or when it’s time to swap out the brush head. Travel-Friendly: The heads snap on and off easily, and they come with these handy little plastic caps to keep the bristles clean in your bag. The Trade-offs Basic Vibes: It doesn’t have different modes (like "whitening" or "sensitive") or a pressure sensor that beeps at you if you’re pressing too hard. Classic Design: It’s not the quietest thing in the world, but that’s just the trade-off for that high-intensity cleaning power. Final Thought: This is the "Old Reliable" of toothbrushes. It’s got a nice weight to it, feels high-quality in your hand, and focuses on actually cleaning your teeth rather than having a bunch of tech you’ll never use. Definitely worth the buy!
