It is fast wireless charging which was surprising to me the magnet strength is amazing, I love the design, fits perfectly, quick to install and good quality also which was surprising.

This item didn’t even last a year and it was not a fast charger. The charger itself broke and doesn’t stay up against the phone.

SUMMARY: Forget all the other charger trays for RAV4, this one is as good as it gets! There's some heat produced in the process of charging which is normal in wireless charging, anyway. But the strong MagSafe/magnetic alignment keeps the phone in place and doesn't let the phone move around; if you're using a case, make sure you use a MagSafe compatible case in order for this to work. The installation is pretty simple and easy; you'll do just fine if you follow the instructional video even if you've never done this before. TIP: I did, however, do a little adjustment to the charger: the charger alignment orientation comes in a way that the bottom of the phone would face towards the passenger and not the driver. This made it a little awkward for me to throw the phone in as I'm generally grabbing the bottom of the phone to slide it into the tray. All you have to do to change the orientation is to unscrew the 6 screws holding the charger, add a bit of a pressure to pop the charger down from the frame of the tray, rotate it, and screw it back on. Just be cautious not to apply too much torque when screwing back on. RANT: I've gone through 2 different iterations of wireless charing for my RAV4: first was the old 9V wireless charging that pretty much did nothing for my phone, second was the fast charging tray that seemed to overheat my phone while charging probably due to poor alignment with the rubber feet that never really held onto my phone. I've even tried to buy a magnetic ring to keep the phone in place with the fast charging tray, but, well, you're not supposed to do that and the charger seemed to heat up and caused me concerns. In the past I had to keep my phone on low-power mode to reduce power consumption while using wireless CarPlay and also keep it wired so the battery level doesn't go down, but now neither is necessary; not only does the charger keep the power alive, it actually charges UP. Finally, this is exactly what I was looking for.

It took a little longer to install than it should have because the video isn't super clear on how to separate the two pieces of the 12V port and, in my opinion, doesnt show the correct way. Once I got that out; however, it installed fairly easy. Seems to work fine. I love how the phone snaps into place. My last wireless charger was finicky when it came to keeping the phone where it needed to be, but obviously the magnets solve this problem. I'll just have to be sure to always use magsafe cases, which isn't a big deal.

Can confirm it works with a Pixel 10 Pro with pixelsnap. Install was fairly straight forward. Video was super easy to follow. Installed and works great without any issue so far until I pealed off the protective film from the part. It took almost the entire decal with it. I've already requested a replacement and we can see how that goes. I don't have some concerns about general durability of it if it came off that easily. Will update after replacement gets here, will probably remove the film before I install it this time. Edit: We are now 0 for 2 with the same issue.

Easy install and works great so far!

This likely my fault for misunderstanding. Previously I had installed a charging pad in my 2024 RAV4 and it was just something that taped into the bed. This one requires you pulling out the plastic that came with the car. Which was fine, just a surprise. Video instructions were mostly clear, but the fact there was no actual instructions, just a video of a guy pointing and wagging his fingers while installing it was a littler weird. Anyway, it works! Went in fine and feels like a stock part of the car!
