Loud fan and no refund after more than 3 weeks of sending the item back
The fan is appears as advertised and is very pretty. However, it is very loud and after 2 weeks of purchasing started making a loud 'clang' sound that would wake me up. I returned the item and have still not received a refund after nearly a month since I posted it yet they claim to have not received it. I have returned a couple of items in the last few years and have never faced issue in the returns/refund process and it is becoming increasingly frustrating.
