Recently, I purchased this mattress and I must say, it has completely transformed my sleeping experience. Nice product, good quality mattress. A bit softer than I had expected, but it is quite comfortable. (-) There is an issue of being too soft on the edges - if I sit close to the edge of mattress, then there is no support and it sinks in. (-) A 12 inch mattress is also very thick, so it increases the bed height a lot. (+) On positive side, the latex mattress is cooler than a regular mattress. It is very comfortable to sleep on. (+) Delivery was on time, and the packing was very good. (+) My overall experience is very good. It is very much worth the price.

I was so nervous about buying a mattress online but this has been a HUGE win for me! It has a really firm tone with a padded top to reduce hip pain. I like that the top fills my curves because I'm a side sleeper and without that support, I get extensive back pain. Yet the mattress is solid and firm beneath that top so I am fully supported. My husband and I are expats from North America and we are larger than most locals we see in India, which is relevant if you're trying to judge if it can hold you. If it can support a couple of larger gringos, it can probably support you!

Too saggy unlike advertised and product support folks are not trained about the product, they said they will call me back when I asked a few questions about the chemical smell it initially had. Been a few months since then, still waiting for that call.

I like this brand for a reason, I bought a product 3yrs ago which is still the same in terms of comfort and condition. That's the reason I brought it for the second time and this one is not just comfortable but also bouncy and the latex is very comfortable. Love Springtech for their affordable prices compared with any brand.

I bought it after a lot of research and I can assure that I have no regrets. It was delivered in time and I followed the instructions to open it but definitely needs another person to open because it's uite big and heavy. After couple of days I started using it and it feels pretty good. Had good sleep and if another person sits on the other side while youre sleeping on oneside, you don't feel feel a thing. So overall I am quite happy with the quality and I think it's a good value for money.

it is very much good for couples who has active lifestyle. Very bouncy and plush comfort. not too much soft not too much hard. very good for side sleepers.
