This purchase was really just a try for my boyfriend who is working out at home rn. We weren't sure what to expect at first but they are the best thing I think I've ever bought for him. I love me a gift you can use. He uses these everyday along with a pull up bar and the results are great. The value of these are great for what you actually get which is a great workout. Very versatile and able to do several different workouts with it. Came with a very useful poster with even more exercises to do which is useful. Easy for men and women to use. Seem a little too easy for my boyfriend after he's been using them for a while but he uses them until he gets a good sweat going. We absolutely love them and will buy again. So far about 3 weeks in and still pretty durable. I would recommend this product for a easy but effective and cheap workout.

Quality bands, good stretch and ROM. Stitching on the accessories is great and holding up well. The included massage ball is really nice and useful. None of them last forever, and after 2 years of 5x/week use, much of it outdoors, two of the bands are approaching failure. For me that's reasonable. Would/will buy again.

If you looking to buy this set of resistance bands it’s a great set but here the problem I just ran into you going to have to pull more of the resistance band through the robber because after a while it starts to pull the Resistance band through the black robber so I had to come up with my own way of keeping it from snapping loose if you look at my pictures I should you how I did it so I hope this help you out But on another note it’s a good set to Good buy

Look at many different sets of resistant bands this seem the best for the price I mean you can pay more if you want but this is a good deal they come with instructions for different exercises to do they're durable I get a great workout with them just put on a little music and go to it have got have got great results using them for workout 3 days a week

These resistance bands are excellent. I started using them shortly after I received them and noticed improvements almost immediately. Within a couple of weeks, I felt better overall and was even able to better manage my blood pressure. Unfortunately, I had a serious health setback due to a blood infection and had to undergo four surgeries. My first surgery was in early January, and the most recent one was just last week. Because of this, I had to pause my training. That said, I’m really looking forward to getting back to using these bands once I’ve fully recovered. They are especially effective for core training, and with the warmer weather approaching, I plan to combine them with cardio to get back into shape. Overall, these bands are well worth the investment and I would definitely recommend them.

The resistance that in way matches the weight. But use the door hook for other bands. Not a total lost
