It's not quite as sweet as sugar so you have to use more or add a dash of stevia or monk fruit, but it's great for baking or making candy.

I've been Keto for 5 years and it's the best sweetener out there. I love that it comes in 3 smaller packages and that the price is lower than the Allulose I was using. Allulose tastes great, with no cooling effect or aftertaste at all. I've checked a few times to make sure it has no affect on my blood sugar and there was none. i love cooking with it... it has a different consistency when cooking.. things are chewier and gooier. My baked products are so much better, (for birthdays and holidays). The research is showing there are benefits to using this product. I highly recommend it.

Not quite as sweet as sugar, but I'm a half-sweet kinda gal. If I need full strength I add a few drops of monkfruit extract. No weird cooling affects like erythritol, no bitter/intense taste like stevia, not purely artificial. The side effects are not dire like sugar alcohols (erythritol, xylitol) and even may be welcome. I don't have diabetes but I am the type of person that has checked blood sugar anyways, and this stuff does not affect my blood sugar.

I like this among low-glycemic sweeteners, and it seems to work well as a sugar substitute for most all situations without getting weirdly oily, like erythritol. Pleasant taste, no aftertaste. I wish it were sweeter though— it seems to sweeten just enough to take the edge off, then doesn’t do much more. Great to combine with monk fruit, which adds a “brown sugar” flavor and sweetness.

Best sugar alcohol as far as taste. Only half as sweet as regular sugar, so it goes fast. Wish it was cheaper but getting diabetes is no fun. As expensive as a one month supply of insulin so I will take the Allulose instead.

Not quite as sweet as sugar but a healthy alternative to artificial sweeteners. Does not spike blood sugar or insulin so great for glycemic control and tastes good with no aftertaste.

I am pre-diabetic I stopped using all sugarI ORDERED 3 LBS. when I received it I opened 1 LB package to taste the Allulose, I wet the tip of my finger and dip it in the bag , the taste was very very mildly sweet, so I made some coffee and tried 1 tsp of Allulose in a cup, no taste of any sweetness, so I added 5 heaping tsp's one tsp at time until I got to 5 still NO sweet taste just coffee. I put a small amount in a spoon and put it in my mouth it is sweet, but Allulose can't be diluted very much or it loses the sweetnessDon't waste your money, its a chemical and maybe not safe?I am really disappointed with all the hype and the description of this product and of course NO REFUND NO RETURN!! ..... ALL I LOSE IS $ 22.00 dollarsLOOKING FOR POSITIVE CHANGE
