Very nice quality lights but packaging leads to damage
I've used Lithonia lights exclusively throughout my workshop and they make a very nice quality product for a decent price. Yes they are more expensive but they are built better than many other brands. However in my latest order it appears they went with minimal packaging which does not protect the product in shipping at all. I had 3 out of 8 broken in my last order. I don't blame amazon for it, there is nothing to protect the product with minimal cardboard. I'm exchanging for 3 more, hopefully they will arrive OK, if not I'll just exchange until I get proper ones. It's clearly not an Amazon issue. I also ordered 8 others from Lowes, they called to let me know 4 of them were damaged, told me to not bother with picking them up and just cancelled my order.Lithonia, if you're listening: You have a great product but someone really messed up with how cheap you went on the packaging. Based on other reviews with similar issues hopefully they will resolve this soon.Outside of the packaging issues, these are a solid product and worth the additional expense over no-name LED fixtures.Well, I got the replacements for the 3 broken ones. And of those three they replaced? 2 are broken, so off they go for a return yet again. Well at least I got one good one out of it. Still frustrating and I'll have to shop around to try to order 2 more that aren't broken. Ugh.Someone needs to pay attention to this and add more padding to the amazon box that these are placed in. There is no protection for the ends and I assume the slightest mishandling by the shippers/delivery people will result in breakage.

This fixture is a great option but may arrive broken
I have purchased multiple fixtures from Amazon at least 5 times for a large building and they are a great option with a nice bright light. The down side is at least 50% of them have arrived broken. It is always the plastic end of the lens that breaks off. I have just super glued them back on and nobody really notices unless you really look at them. The packaging is clearly inadequate for shipping these individually.

THESE WILL BE BROKEN
Ordered 1 to see how it was. It is a great light. the rest I ordered were broken, First shipment of 18 Had 3 that were usable. Next shipment of 9 almost all were broken. I think some of them had been returned, and then restocked, and resold broken. Some in an extra box with no packing, others shipped in their box and half destroyed.

expect this returned??
We put this up and it was broken. Threw the box away because there wasn't much to the box. Now, i received a replacement light - this one was bent in half. It works. But that box was unusable too. So, HOW am i supposed to send it back?!

Box looked fine, but product was arrived broken
Not sure where the damage occured, but must have been a hard hit to bend the metal and break plastic.
