This cat water fountain has been a great upgrade from a regular bowl. The stainless steel design feels much more hygienic and easier to clean, and the larger 108 oz capacity means I don’t have to refill it constantly. My cat took to it pretty quickly and definitely seems to be drinking more water, which was the main goal. The water flow is gentle and quiet, so it doesn’t scare pets or become annoying in the background. The only small downside is that you do have to stay on top of cleaning and filter changes to keep it running well. Overall, it’s a reliable, well-made fountain that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

This is such a terrific product! I reviewed so many of similar pet water fountains, and ended up with this as it had very good reviews. I totally concur. I got it pre-assembled, so that was a big plus for me as I can get clumsy with things like these. It was so very easy to follow the instructions that came with it too. I love that it has 2 modes of dispensing the water--a spout that is SUPER quiet (no sound at all), and if you don't attach it, it's like a gentle "babbling brook". The lighted window clearly shows you the level of water. You really need to ensure that the well never runs dry and always has water, or it can do funny things to the pump. Good thing is when regular water action from the spout does something weird, you can right away see its because the well is running low on water. Filling it is super easy coz I just pour water on the top, and I don't even have to remove the lid, and you can easily see from the window on the side if you have filled the well enough. The appearance of the whole thing is really clean and beautiful too! The stainless steel is heavy enough that it can't get dented from possible hits--another reason I didn't choose other similar pet fountains because users say the stainless steel is flimsy. My Great Dane/Lab was very apprehensive at first, and approached this "mysterious thing" with suspicion, but since I removed her regular water bowl, she had no other source of water to lick from, so she was forced to start licking from here---cautiously at first. Then when she realized it's just water, oh my ! She just loves it now! And she drinks more frequently now. For some reason too, I feel there is less water splatter with her licking from here. Despite her size, I think this small 108 oz water fountain is perfect so it doesn't take up too much floor space. Since filling it with water is a breeze, the appeal of "2 weeks to refill with water" is not important. I just received this on 2/13, so today, I will change the filter since it says to change every 1-2 weeks. I have not cleaned the pump yet, so when I do, I will come back and review it again. But so far, for these 10 days of use---IT'S PERFECT---and knowing my doggie has clean water always is all that matters! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

This is a well designed, well thought out, well made fountain. My cat has never been a big water drinker until now as an old man with the beginnings of kidney disease. He was drinking out of the tub despite a bowl of fresh water right next to his food. No, he wanted the dripping tub faucet water with hints of ode de shampoo. So I got him this fountain in hopes that it would entice him away from the questionable tub water. It took a day or two but he did make the switch. I guess the proximity to his food combine with the tantalizing tinkling water sounds won him over. much to my delight. No more bum rushing him out of the tub. It does require a bit more upkeep than a bowl of water, but it's surprisingly easy to clean. And the filtration is excellent. The water at the top will be sparkling clean and then you pull the top off to clean it out and there's all kinds of food bits in the reservoir being neatly filtered out so it never comes back up. And should your cat decide to barf in his fountain, not MY cat of course, no, perish the thought, you can take it apart to a surprising degree to clean it. Even the pump comes apart to clean. I was stunned at how little food got past the pimp screen. I found one or two tiny bits of food in there, and they were super easy to clean out, when the top of the fountain was covered in lightly chewed cat food bits. And he'd done it (not my cat, a purely hypothetical cat you see) sometime overnight so who knows how many hours the poor fountain marinated in this slug, just pumping away. The main filter was totally clogged with food, and the water had been draining around the rim of the top into the reservoir. The water was cloudy, but well filtered still. Impressive. And since it's all steel and clearly been designed by people with fur babies, it took only 10-15 minutes to pull it apart, clean it all with soap and the little pipe cleaner and refill it, clean as new. The filters were a write off, clearly, but the whole thing is blessedly devoid of nooks and crannies you can't get too. You can flush and brush every bit of it. And there's a youtube video that shows you how to clean the pump. Wonderful. Now to convince my little prince that the water is clean.

Very nice water fountain that works as expected and my kitty adapted to quickly. It's quiet and easy to fill. However, the many small pieces to manage and ongoing (once a week or two) cleaning requirements make it a bit complex to use and upkeep. Still, the seller was quick to respond when I needed help to that a big A+!

I bought this stainless steel cat water fountain for my cat, and it made a big difference. Before using this fountain, my cat used to drink from the toilet, kitchen sink, bathtub, and even the humidifier container. After setting up this fountain, she now drinks from the fountain instead, which makes me feel much better about her health and cleanliness. The fountain is very quiet, easy to clean, and I like the stainless steel because it feels more hygienic than plastic. The water level window on the front is very helpful so I know when to refill the water. The build quality feels very good and stable. My cat likes the fountain and drinks more water now. I am very happy with this purchase and I recommend it to other cat owners who want their cat to drink more water and stop drinking from places like the toilet or sink.

Love this water fountain! Works great and my cats love it. My cat was licking our kitchen sink water faucet instead of drinking out of his water bowl. Once I set this up he immediately took to it and now leaves our kitchen faucet alone. And my other cat loves it as well. It’s easy to clean and see when water level is low.

Virtually silent! Easy to assemble and easy to clean. I love that it’s stainless steel and no mess. Can be used with or without spout attachment. The 74 oz is perfect for my two cats and they love it! Especially because one of them has a sink obsession, this is his new favorite thing! Only needs cleaning 1-2 weeks, compared to a regular water bowl which needed cleaning every two days or so. Pairs well with an elevated kibble bowl!

This is a very nice pet fountain. It’s attractive in appearance, easy to assemble and very quiet. The spout is a fun addition particularly since my cats like drinking from a sink. This is a great product with a great price. Also, whatever was done to make the water appear blue from the front really enhances the look of the fountain. No doubt, I will be purchasing another one. It’s a little higher than our previous fountain and I think she likes that. She took right to it. It’s quiet and easy to clean. Because it’s stainless steel and no light exposure there’s no constantly checking for any green forming in the reservoir edges. Very easy to change filters as well.

Not the most expensive filter out there, but not the cheapest one either. Neither of my cats really like the fountain (I gave it 3 weeks and only one of them barely drinks from it). The pump is relatively quiet but not “quieter than a whisper” as advertised (I can hear it from the next room over). I make sure to keep the water level full and clean the fountain regularly with a non-scratch sponge. However there are scratches in the stainless steel already! This promotes bacteria to sit in the scratches, as well as this fountain builds water scale quickly. Not satisfied with the $50+ I spent on this purchase. Both of my cats much prefer their still water bowls
