Does it come with camera protectors?

This item doesn't come with camera protection. Just screen.

Will the glue lockup my buttons? I have seen some threads stating some of the UV screen protectors will do that.

My buttons work great. It's almost as if I don't have a screen protector on at all.

Does it fit for Oneplus 10?

It is compatible with the oneplus 10 but only the pro model

Will this hide/fill small scratches on the screen?

With the screen protector on, yes-- I have a 'slightly-more-than-superficial' scratch on my screen, and with the screen protector applied I can't see it at all... However, it's worth noting that the liquid substance you use to apply the screen protector only permanently bonds to the screen protector itself. This means that, once you remove the protector, the 'glue' comes up with it, and the existing scratches won't stay filled.
