It's not lined, but block sunlight very well

Do all of your curtains have grommets; can I order them with a pinch pleat?

no grommets or pinch pleat needed, curtains have "rings" to insert rod but I recommend purchasing a 1 1/2 in. rod to hang these curtains as they are heavy if hanging more than one panel.

Does the back of these curtains look the same as the front?

Definitely not. The back is sheer & smooth.Quality of curtains is excellent though!!
