These are great and work for at least six months and then need to be changed. You know when they need to be changed as you start to hear loud snoring and the shields start to become loose , and come apart. But yes I been told they are a little uncomfortable at first but then they wear in and you get use to it. The mouth is slightly open when wearing but this is the point to stop the your tongue from falling back and snoring. Just ordered second time as my husband needs a replacement and I need sleep

Comfortable, but too wide between your teeth, feeling like your is open

I just got these recently and tried it out. Firstly, I hate wearing anything whilst sleeping, not clothes, I mean ear plugs or mouth guards or eye mask etc, it really annoys me, hence take that into consideration with this review.I put them in my mouth and tried to sleep. Yes, it did annoy me and it kept playing on my mind before I eventually fell asleep. My partner did say my snoring improved a lot. She goes I did snore a tiny bit but it was much better than usual. However, having this in my mouth did annoy me and I did end up taking it off afterwards. But all in all, it seems to be working and the product does it's job hence the five stars. It's just a personal thing with the annoyance.

This nightguard is individually adjustable to your teeth.I am using it for my Bruxism and it works very well.The Guards are comfortable to wear and improve my sleep quality.I don't know if I snore myself but for grinding teeth this product is great.I am veruy happy with it and gladly recommend it to you.
